Military Police in North America #OWS

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.

Military Merger with US Police Forces – It’s not about parking tickets anymore – Where will this go?

The US Government monopolizes political power both in North America and world wide. Key government functions such as law enforcement share power with US military as seen by recent tank acquisition and use of tear gas and other weapons against people in the occupy movement.

In New York, the de facto agency that maintains Political Power and the security of Wall Street Corporate Government is the NYPD. Across the Nation, Police Departments have been given extraordinary powers to arrest without warrant and torture US citizens – as witnessed last night in Liberty Square NY.

The US Government Secret Service – CIA and FBI are by their nature State Police, with criminal investigative police powers. Moreover, legal jurisdiction over police is not within the civilian courts or any court since police violence effectively puts the NYPD and other City Police Agencies above the law. There are no courts involved when Police hit the streets waging violence and terror against US citizens.

Yes – Military Misbehaviour was demonstrated last night when the NYPD rioted against unarmed demonstrators at Liberty Square. Total loyalty and obedience to orders becomes a powerful tool for political ends. NYPD ideology and values are one of the main reasons why NYPD has been entrusted to protect the Corporate State by legislation to commit crimes.

So wise up people! The US Government has taken a page from Germman history: Read this on Wikipedia

Here is a direct Quote that looks a lot like my observations on American Policing as stated above:

Merger with police forces:

As the Nazi party monopolized political power in Germany, key government functions such as law enforcement were absorbed by the SS, while many SS organizations became de facto government agencies. To maintain the political power and security of the Nazi party (and later the nation), the SS established and ran the SD (Security service) and took over the administration of Gestapo (Secret state police), Kripo (criminal investigative police), and the Orpo (regular uniformed police).[9] Moreover, legal jurisdiction over the SS and its members was taken away from the civilian courts and given to courts run by the SS itself. These actions effectively put the SS above the law.

The SS also stressed total loyalty and obedience to orders unto death. It became a powerful tool used by Hitler and the Nazi state for political ends. The SS ideology and values of the organization were one of the main reasons why the SS was entrusted with the execution of many Nazi atrocities and war crimes of the Nazi state.
