From Youtube: “Pres. Hoover enters East room, greeted by ex-president Coolidge. Pres. Hoover reading announcement of treaty. Delegates seated. CU Frank B. Kellogg. CU MacKenzie King, Prime Minister of Canada.”
At 1:18 in the video you can see Canadian Prime Minister, W.L. Mackenzie King – who signed and declared that Canada renounces war as a national policy. This must be the backbone of Canada’s Peace Keeping history. How proud I am of Canada’s peace keeping history.

The Harper Administration and the Militarization of Canada
If you want to see Canada’s name on this Peace Treaty you will have to go to an American website because Canada’s name was removed from the document that’s posted on Canada’s website.

To look at the Kellogg-Briand Peace Pact on the Canadian Government website with Prime Minister MacKenzie King’s name removed – click here: http://www.forces.gc.ca/jag/publications/oplaw-loiop/loac-ddca-2005/chap22-eng.asp At least it mentions that the treaty plays an important part in the creation of Canada’s national policy.
At least Canada admits the truth that this treaty is still in effect:
